Dear Parents and Community Members:
As we move into the winter months at school, I am reminded how little time we have with students over the course of the school year. Each and every day is another opportunity for our students to learn and grow. In talking to teachers, they indicate that they never feel like they have enough time to get through all their lessons. There are so many important skills that need to be taught in order to prepare our students for the next grade level, and ultimately, to walk across the stage as they graduate from High School. You can help by making sure your child is rested, and on time for school each day. In addition, please take the time to ask your child what they are learning in school, about their homework, and most importantly, take the time to read with them whenever possible. As our Superintendent reminds us, "each one, every one!" Thank you for supporting your student, and MRCS.
